Terms of Service

By using bapeclub.app you agree to these Terms. BAPECLUB is operated as an independent sole-proprietorship in Taipei, Taiwan. When applicable Taiwanese law and jurisdiction apply.

1. Voting

Voting is anonymous and free. One vote per (drop, browser cookie, week). Manipulation attempts (bots, coordinated inauthentic voting) will have their votes discarded and may result in IP blocks.

2. Pre-orders

A pre-order is a commitment to purchase an item at the quoted price subject to (a) successful sourcing from our supplier network and (b) passing our authentication check. If either fails we issue a full refund within 7 days. Payment methods (PayPal, bank transfer) are listed at checkout. Shipping ETAs are estimates; natural delays happen and we keep you posted via email.

3. Authenticity guarantee

Every item passes through our Taipei authentication station before shipping. If you receive an item you believe is not authentic, email contact@bapeclub.co within 7 days of receipt with photos. We will refund the purchase price and cover return shipping.

4. Returns

Due to the pre-order nature of most items, sales are final once the item passes authentication and has been shipped — except in the authenticity-guarantee case above. Damage in transit is covered by our shipping insurance.

5. Account + session

BAPECLUB does not require an account to vote, subscribe, or pre-order. We set a browser cookie to prevent duplicate votes and to identify your session for support. You can clear it at any time.

6. Content + community submissions

By submitting fit photos, comments, or other user content you grant BAPECLUB a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and distribute it for editorial purposes. You warrant that you own the content and that it doesn’t violate third-party rights. We may moderate, edit, or decline submissions at our discretion.

7. Prohibited use

No scraping at volume, no automated posting, no attempting to bypass our authentication, no reselling BAPECLUB-sourced items as unauthorised stock. Agent / crawler traffic is welcomed at the rates documented on llms.txt; everything else is subject to rate-limiting.

8. Liability

BAPECLUB’s liability is limited to the amount you paid for the item in question. We are not liable for consequential damages, market price changes after purchase, or supplier errors outside our control.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms; we’ll adjust the “Last updated” date and keep old versions on request. Material changes will be announced on the homepage for at least 14 days.
