BAPECLUB is operated by an independent team of fans and editors based in Taipei, Taiwan. Nothing on this site should be interpreted as an official statement, endorsement, or partnership from any of the brands we cover unless explicitly labelled as such.
1. Trademarks
“A BATHING APE®”, “BAPE®”, “BAPESTA®”, “BABY MILO®”, “HUMAN MADE®”, and all related names, logos, and imagery are trademarks of their respective owners (including Nowhere Co. Ltd., A Bathing Ape, and HUMAN MADE Inc.). We use these marks solely for identification, editorial commentary, and product-listing purposes. Our use is consistent with nominative-fair-use doctrine in the United States (15 U.S.C. § 1125), fair-use provisions under Japanese trademark law (Article 26 of the Trademark Act), and equivalent doctrines elsewhere.
2. Editorial independence
BAPECLUB receives no payment, product, or editorial direction from any brand we cover. Our spotlights, archive notes, and droplist selections reflect our own editorial judgement. When we include a sponsored segment, a gifted item, or a paid promotion, we label it clearly.
3. Resale + authentication
Items listed for pre-order through BAPECLUB are sourced from our invite-only network of trusted vendors and authenticated by our team before shipping. We do not sell counterfeits. If you believe an item you received via BAPECLUB is not authentic, contact contact@bapeclub.co within 7 days of receipt for a full refund and return shipping.
4. Price data + resale index
Our resale price index aggregates prices from our own transactions and from publicly observable listings elsewhere. It is provided as informational reference only. We do not guarantee the accuracy or timeliness of the index and it should not be used as investment advice. Past prices are not predictive of future prices.
5. Community content
User-submitted content (voted picks, fit submissions, comments) is moderated at our discretion. By submitting you grant BAPECLUB a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to display, distribute, and attribute your submission for editorial purposes. You retain full ownership of your work.
6. Rights-holder contact
If you are a rights-holder with a concern about our use of your trademark or imagery, please email contact@bapeclub.co with a clear description of the content, the claimed right, and your preferred resolution. We respond within 5 business days.
