This policy explains what BAPECLUB collects on bapeclub.app, why, and the choices you have. It applies to the BAPECLUB Scout chat, sourcing requests, pre-orders, voting, and the public magazine.
To provide the service: fulfill orders, answer sourcing requests, verify authenticity, process payments, prevent fraud and abuse, and improve the product. We do not sell your personal data. We do not use chat content to train third-party models.
Order records are kept as long as legally required for tax and fulfillment purposes. Chat and sourcing messages are retained while an inquiry is open and deleted when it is resolved, unless needed to service a follow-up order. Analytics data is aggregated and personally identifying fields are removed.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal data we hold about you at any time by emailing contact@bapeclub.co. We respond to verified requests within 30 days. You may also opt out of analytics cookies in your browser settings.
bapeclub.app is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them.
When this policy changes in a material way, the updated version is published on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
